During the german visit for the 20th anniversary of the twinning of Oberkirch and Haverfordwest, the Oberbürgermeister's wife Dr. Andrea Braun and

Bruni Apelt from Apelt Stoffe in Oberkirch held a Spätzle workshop for the Haverfordwest women which was much apreciated.

They brought a lovely apron and a Spätzle machine together with all the information about Spätzle for every attendend and then showed us how to

prepare traditional german Spätzle. Even for me as a German, and when I really should know this,  it was something interesting and fun to watch.

The result was delicious too - a lovely easy but tasty and filling lunch.
