First off all I presume that you do like what you have seen so far in my wedding portfolio. I guess you would also like to know what will happen from here and what you could expect from me.
Once you have contacted me and I am still available for your wedding day, we should meet up to get to know each other. I would like to learn a little bit more about you and your ideas for your wedding photographs. In return I will tell you a little bit more about what I do when I am at your wedding and of course you can ask me everything you would like to know also.
Once you are ready you will return the contract which I have left you, in order to reserve your date and with the deposit we have agreed on when we met. By now we would have probably set a date for a free pre-wedding session as well. If not that's what we will do next.
About 2 months before your wedding we will meet up again for a fun pre-wedding session or short an e-session. You choose the location and together we will create some fun and relaxed photographs of you, which you could use in your wedding cards for example. This session should help you to relax a bit more in front of the camera and you will get used to me directing and pose you a little bit for when we do the couple shots on your wedding day.
Before you know it your big day is here and I will normally arrive when the bride is about to get ready. I usually start taking pictures when you have your hair done and try to capture all the emotions and exitement which is going on. Dont worry, I wont stress you with anything then and I will not ask you to pose or anything like this, I will keep myself in the background and lend a helping hand if needed.
If it is possible and the groom is nearby I will also get some images of him getting ready. If not I will leave you just before you are about to leave for the ceremony and capture some images while the groom is waiting patiently for you to arrive. From there I will just go with the general flow of your day - unobstrucive and in the background.
After the ceremony and before your meal we will normally find a little time to do some private and romantic images of just the two of you.

We will escape the crowd for a few quiet moments before we do some captures of you with your family and friends and with the bridal party.
I usually dont take any photographs during your meal but I will be there again to catch the speaches and everything else after that. Once you had your first dance and I captured a few images of your party in full swing I will normally get ready to go home myself and leave the rest of your evening for you to enjoy.
During your honeymoon I am busy at work on your images and a few days after your big day there will be the first teaser photographs on my blog. Once you are back from your honeymoon I should be ready with your photographs which you should then be able to view in your online gallery. Shortly after that I will also have your album design ready for viewing also.
Once you have approved your album it takes about 4-6 weeks before you will see me once again with your finished wedding albums and photographs, ready for you to enjoy and relive your day all over again.
